Front Office Receptionist

Need Front Office Executive / Receptionist who can be a part of our residential school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist students, parents, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage admission queries.
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper entry procedures for all guests.
- Support school administration with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Handle student attendance records and assist with admissions-related documentation.
- Coordinate communication between staff, parents, and the school office.
- Assist in organizing meetings, appointments, and school events.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area at all times.
- Provide general information about the school's policies, programs, and procedures.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of a high school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and pleasant personality.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Friendly, patient, and able to work effectively with students, parents, and staff.
