Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and experienced 3D Visualizer to join our team. The candidate must be strong in AutoCAD drawing and detailing along with 3D visualization skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate 2D working drawings and layouts using AutoCAD.
  • Develop high-quality 3D models, realistic renderings, and walkthrough animations.
  • Coordinate with the design team to translate concepts into visual presentations.
  • Ensure precision in drawings to support site execution and client approvals.
  • Present 3D visuals for client meetings and design discussions.
  • Meet project deadlines with quality output.

Required Skills:

  • Strong AutoCAD drawing skills (detailed 2D plans, sections, elevations, and working drawings).
  • Proficiency in 3ds Max, Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, Lumion, and V-Ray.
  • Knowledge of lighting, texturing, and rendering techniques.
  • Ability to create realistic walkthroughs and presentations.
  • Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience as a 3D Visualizer in an interior design or architectural firm.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing both 2D AutoCAD drawings and 3D visualizations.
