Job Summary:

We are seeking an innovative and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer and Interior Designer with a proven ability to create personalized and functional interior spaces that meet client specifications, budgets, and project goals. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with strong leadership and coordination skills, capable of driving projects from concept to completion while maintaining design excellence and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and present high-quality 3D visualizations, walkthroughs, and renders for interior and exterior design projects using Lumion, 3ds Max, SketchUp, and V-Ray.
  • Lead and coordinate design projects as a Project Coordinator and Team Leader, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and client requirements.
  • Create detailed AutoCAD drawings and design sketches to communicate concepts effectively to clients and project teams.
  • Manage procurement activities, maintaining accurate purchase records and sourcing high-quality materials at competitive prices in collaboration with vendors and suppliers.
  • Conduct client meetings and design presentations, incorporating feedback to refine designs within budget and functionality parameters.
  • Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and site teams to ensure seamless execution and adherence to design intent during construction.
  • Develop realistic 3D models with precise textures, materials, and lighting while ensuring visual accuracy through quality checks.
  • Stay updated with emerging trends, materials, and visualization technologies to bring innovation to every project.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in interior design and 3D visualization.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, V-Ray, Photoshop, and related design software.
  • Strong understanding of space planning, materials, textures, color theory, and lighting.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
