Role & responsibilities

  • Achieve targeted sales values & volumes within the assigned territory on existing customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in target markets.
  • Customer visits, demos, and trials of products.
  • Prepare and deliver quotations and negotiate contracts to close sales deals.
  • Handle sales initiatives and product development activities with the help of his seniors.
  • Providing market intelligence to his senior on time.
  • New applications and markets are explored through cold calls.
  • Providing competition insights for launching new products and promoting sales of existing products.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
  • Provide after-sales support and handle customer complaints or concerns.
  • Customer engagement in sales initiatives.
  • Gather feedback to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.

Technical Support & Product Knowledge:

  • Understanding of the technical specifications and benefits of various Industrial adhesive products.
  • Provide on-site technical support for product trials and application training.
  • Coordinate with the Tech-service team to address complex product requirements or performance issues.

Preferred candidate profile

The ideal candidate should have exposure in relevant industrial products, knowledge of applications, and strong relations with customers and distributors in their territory.
