Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Post-Paid Sales Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling post-paid mobile plans to potential customers. You will engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions, ensuring they receive the best mobile services that fit their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential customers to sell post-paid mobile plans and services.
  • Actively engage with customers both in-store and via phone or email to explain product offerings, benefits, and promotions.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding customers through the purchasing process.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mobile products, services, and promotions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Assist with processing customer orders, plan activations, and payments.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and outcomes in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to improve sales strategies and enhance customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the telecommunications or retail industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Basic knowledge of mobile products and services is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
