Rubber Trimmer

Key Responsibilities:

• Trim and finish rubber O-rings and molded components using scissors, knives, or trimming tools.
• Inspect parts visually to ensure dimensions, surface finish, and quality meet specifications.
• Remove excess rubber or flash from molded parts accurately.
• Operate basic trimming or de-flashing machines (manual or semi-automatic).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the trimming area.
• Count, pack, and label finished products as per production requirements.
• Report defects or quality issues to the supervisor immediately.
• Follow safety and quality control standards during all operations.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 8th /10th pass or ITI preferred.
• Experience in rubber or O-ring manufacturing industry preferred (0–2 years).
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Basic knowledge of quality checking and handling small components.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
