Rubber Trimmer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Trim and finish rubber O-rings and molded components using scissors, knives, or trimming tools.
- Inspect parts visually to ensure dimensions, surface finish, and quality meet specifications.
- Remove excess rubber or flash from molded parts accurately.
- Operate basic trimming or de-flashing machines (manual or semi-automatic).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the trimming area.
- Count, pack, and label finished products as per production requirements.
- Report defects or quality issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Follow safety and quality control standards during all operations.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum qualification: 8th /10th pass or ITI preferred.
- Experience in rubber or O-ring manufacturing industry preferred (0-2 years).
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Basic knowledge of quality checking and handling small components.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
