Senior / Analytics Consultant – GenAI

About the Role:

  • We are looking for a highly skilled
    Senior / Analytics Consultant – GenAI
    to join our dynamic team.
  • The ideal candidate will bring
    4–8 years of experience in Analytics
    with
    2–3 years of hands-on expertise in Generative AI
    solutions.
  • You will design, develop, and deploy
    cutting-edge GenAI applications
    while leveraging your analytics and data engineering skills to drive business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and optimize
    GenAI applications
    such as
    Agentic AI systems, LLM-powered solutions, NLP pipelines, and chatbots
    .
  • Develop scalable
    data analytics workflows
    using Python and SQL to support GenAI initiatives.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to identify use cases and implement AI-driven solutions.
  • Conduct experiments, fine-tune LLMs, and evaluate model performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest
    GenAI frameworks, tools, and best practices
    to continuously improve solutions.
  • (Optional) Work with
    big data technologies (PySpark)
    to handle large-scale datasets for model training and analytics.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 4–8 years
    of total experience in
    Analytics / Data Science
    .
  • 2–3 years
    of proven hands-on experience with
    Generative AI
    (LLMs, NLP, Agentic AI, Chatbots, etc.).
  • Strong programming expertise in
    Python
    and
    SQL
    .
  • Experience with
    prompt engineering, fine-tuning, or building custom AI agents
    .

Good to Have (Preferred):

  • Experience with
    PySpark
    ,
    Machine Learning
    , and
    Data Engineering
    concepts.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI/ML deployment.
  • Familiarity with MLOps practices for GenAI solutions.
