The Public Relations Officer will serve as a vital link between our company, franchise partners, and clients. This role involves managing communication, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations with a focus on accuracy, professionalism, and customer satisfaction. Proficiency in Tally is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and inquiries from franchise partners and clients with professionalism.
  • Record, process, and follow up on orders, ensuring timely updates and accurate information.
  • Manage daily accounting entries and financial records using Tally software.
  • Support administrative and operational activities, including documentation and query resolution.
  • Prepare and maintain reports on sales, public relations, and order processing.
  • Foster strong relationships with partners through effective communication and problem-solving.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficient in Tally (mandatory).
  • Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English (verbal and written).
  • Good command of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Customer-focused approach with a polite and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience in customer service, accounting, or franchise coordination preferred.
