MG- automobile dealer cashier's job is to process payments for sales and service, manage cash, and provide excellent customer service. Key duties include handling transactions, computing bills, issuing receipts and refunds, reconciling the cash drawer daily, and assisting with general customer inquiries and clerical tasks. Customer service

  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer customer questions and direct them to the correct departments.
  • Handle customer complaints with poise and refer complex issues to the appropriate individual.
  • Provide information on products and services.

Transaction and financial duties

  • Process payments from customers via cash, checks, and credit cards.
  • Accurately compute customer bills and issue receipts and change.
  • Provide cash refunds or credit memorandums for returned merchandise.
  • Operate the cash register and other electronics.
  • Reconcile the cash drawer at the end of each shift to ensure accuracy.

Clerical and administrative tasks

  • Maintain and file repair orders, parts invoices, and other documents.
  • Close open invoices and assist with other clerical tasks for the service and parts departments.
  • Assist with telephone coverage and direct calls.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Stay up-to-date on new products, services, and pricing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16, ₹20,000.00 per month
