**Job description**

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Cashier is responsible for receiving payments from customer, issuing payment receipts, wrapping packages and keeping track of all cash transaction. Ultimately, ensuring a smooth financial transaction helping us maximise customer satisfaction.

1. Payment transaction and accounting procedures.
- Get a clear understanding about the sofware settlement procedure and maintain transaction accurately.
- Responsible for maintaining change due of Coins and notes
- Drop in the cash recieved from the guest only after loudly saying the change due returned.
- Pay for only approved accounting vouchers generated for all the day to day payment. And account them with the day end sale.
- Tally the sales cash and online settlements accurately with the software report and submit it to the accounts team for reconcilation.
- Maintain the box cash recieved accurately, on the occation of excess and shortage of cash will be accounted under your name.

2. Receiving Food orders, packing and forwarding.
- Receive food order from direct from customers and other online portals
- Coordinate with pick up staff to deliver the food to the DE or customer with in 20 minutes of placing the order.
- Cross check the items with kot to ensure all the items are available in the package.
- Add the required cutlery, add on's like sauce and feedback slip into the package and seal it.
- For orders from third Party Online Orders you are responsible to maintain the CX score of our restaurant.
- Maintain and issue bill rolls for all the printers in the restaurant.

3. Customer interaction and feedback reporting
- Give a warm welcome to the customer with a smiling face and ask for any assistance required.
- After settlement ask for feedback from the guest regarding food and service offered.
- If any complaint is reported get the concern guest contact number and do immediately escalate it to the restaurant manager. Do not try to solve or convice by yourself

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
- 1-year experience in any of the relevant field cash handling
- Should have sound computer handling skills for generating reports.
- Must have a degree or diploma.
