Position Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in Adobe Illustrator and a proven ability to produce high-quality visual content for various digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and create compelling visual assets for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and other promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with the brand identity.
  • Utilize Adobe Illustrator to produce vector graphics, illustrations, and other design elements.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continuously improve the quality of work.
  • Prepare and finalize artwork for both digital and print production.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience of 2 to 5 years as a Graphic Designer.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator is a must.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
  • A portfolio demonstrating a range of creative design projects and a strong aesthetic sense.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of other Adobe Creative Suite applications (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign) is a plus.
