You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing our services, and converting leads into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and leads.
- Clearly explain company services and offerings.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Convert leads through effective communication and follow-up.
- Maintain detailed call logs, records, and updates using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve targets.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Confident phone manner with strong interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive, convincing, and customer-focused approach.
- High energy, positive mindset, and target-driven attitude.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
- Background in Engineering, Oil & Gas, or Safety is an advantage.
