Summary

We are looking for a skilled 3D Architectural Visualization (ArchViz) Artist with comprehensive experience in creating photorealistic architectural visualisations, particularly 3D walkthroughs. This role demands an individual who can manage the entire process of developing detailed and impactful walkthroughs from start to finish, including modelling interiors, exteriors, amenities, landscapes, and environments. The ideal candidate should be proficient in the latest technologies and rendering techniques, with a basic understanding of filmmaking to produce convincing and visually stunning presentations for residential, commercial, and plotting projects.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create detailed 3D models for interiors, exteriors, amenities, landscapes, and environmental settings based on architectural plans and designs.
• Develop and execute photorealistic 3D walkthroughs, ensuring a seamless and immersive experience.
• Set up and render animated scenes using advanced GPU-based rendering techniques to achieve high-quality results.
• Integrate all elements into a cohesive and impactful audio-visual presentation tailored to the specific requirements of residential, commercial, or plotting projects.
• Work closely with architects, designers, and project managers to understand project goals and challenges, ensuring the visualisations align with the overall vision.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in architectural visualisation, including Unreal Engine, Twinmotion, and other relevant software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the production process.
• Apply a basic understanding of filmmaking techniques to enhance the storytelling aspect of the walkthroughs and presentations.

You are a great fit if you have:

• Proven experience as a 3D ArchViz Artist, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in architectural visualisations and walkthroughs.
• Proficiency in modern technologies and software such as Unreal Engine, Twinmotion, and GPU-based rendering techniques.
• Excellent modelling skills with the ability to create photorealistic textures and lighting for both interiors and exteriors.
• A deep understanding of the challenges involved in executing end-to-end walkthrough projects.
• Basic knowledge of filmmaking, with the ability to apply cinematic techniques to enhance visual presentations.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing quality with efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹70,000.00 per month
