BrainWing Innovations is hiring a **3D Visualization Artist** to craft photorealistic renders and real-time walkthroughs for **premium architectural and real estate projects**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create high-end 3D visuals using **3ds Max, V-Ray, and Corona Renderer**:

- Develop immersive experiences in **Unreal Engine**:

- Collaborate with architects, designers, and project leads
- Optimize scenes for speed, quality, and performance
- Stay up-to-date with **AI tools and visualization trends**

**Must-Have Skills**:
✔ Proficiency in **3ds Max**
✔ Strong experience with **V-Ray** and/or **Corona Renderer**
✔ Working knowledge of **Unreal Engine**
✔ Strong attention to detail, lighting, and realism

**Nice to Have**:

- Photoshop, SketchUp, Revit, or Rhino
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Stable Diffusion, Topaz)
- Animation or scripting experience (MAXScript, Python)
