We are looking for a Performance-Oriented Digital Marketing Executive who can lead online marketing initiatives, drive qualified leads, and strengthen HomeRaaga's digital presence.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Campaigns & Lead GenerationPlan, run, and optimize Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
  • Continuously monitor CPL (Cost per Lead), conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
  • Coordinate closely with the sales and CRM teams to align marketing with project goals.
  • Social Media & Content MarketingCreate and manage content calendars across all social channels.
  • Collaborate with design and video teams to produce property visuals, reels, and promotional content.
  • Drive engagement and brand recall through creative campaigns and storytelling.
  • SEO & Website MarketingManage website content updates (property listings, blogs, landing pages).
  • Implement on-page SEO improvements and track keyword performance.
  • Drive both paid and organic traffic to key listings and campaigns.
  • Analytics & ReportingTrack and report marketing metrics via Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and CRM dashboards.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Brand & Collateral DevelopmentSupport creation of digital and print materials (brochures, emailers, property decks).
  • Ensure consistent branding across all channels.
  • Key RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (preferably in real estate or service sectors).
  • Strong command over Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Familiarity with Canva / Photoshop for basic creative coordination.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Performance-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
