Role Overview:

As a Product Manager, you have practical experience in product management and are capable of independently managing specific product modules. You will have a deeper understanding of the product development process and demonstrate more responsibility in driving product strategy, execution and market messages.

Job Description:

As a Product Manager, you play a pivotal role in product planning and execution. You will work with cross-functional teams to define product strategies, prioritize features, and ensure successful product delivery. You will actively contribute to shaping the product roadmap and driving initiatives that align with the company's vision and customer needs. You will assist with core messaging that enables product marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the definition and maintenance of the product roadmap, considering market trends, customer feedback, and business goals.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to define and prioritize product features and improvements.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and stay informed about industry trends to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Gather and analyze user feedback and market data to make data-driven decisions.
  • Actively participate in product development sprints, ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of features.
  • Work closely with product marketing to develop go-to-market messages and support product launches.
  • Monitor product performance metrics and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate product vision, and manage expectations.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 3-4 years of experience in product management or related roles, in a B2B SaaS or technology-focused company.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage product development from concept to launch.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with product management methodologies, agile practices, and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
  • Proven track record of achieving product-related business goals.

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with customers, cross-functional teams, and senior leadership.
  • Proven ability to build trust and foster effective working relationships across departments and geographies.
  • A collaborative mindset with the assertiveness to drive initiatives forward and make informed decisions.
  • Skilled at communicating complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a global virtual team where transparency and teamwork are valued.
  • Agile and adaptableable to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
