Job Overview
Come join our team The Senior Workday Integration Analyst will serve as the subject matter expert in all Workday integrations across the organization. This role is a key member of our vital team dedicated to optimizing our Workday system to its fullest potential.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain system integrations within Workday
• Provide support for Workday inbound and outbound integration issues, changes to existing integrations and setup new integrations
• Provide support for incident management and integration monitoring
• Perform routing break/fix support for integration interfaces
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of data and applications through analysis, coding, clear documentation and problem resolution
• Design and develop interfaces and conduct unit and integration tests
• Consult with internal team members and departments about interface designs and maintenance; collaborate with other technical leads on design decisions
• Serve as a strong consultative partner to business and functional leaders to continuously improve service delivery
• Evaluate feasibility of system modifications and enhancements
• Be part of the Workday support team ensuring day-to-day systems support is balanced with strategic enhancements and projects
• Overall accountability for data governance, security and compliance
• Ensure up-to-date documentation of system functions, processes and capabilities
• Configure, maintain and advise on security setups within Workday. This includes domain security policies, roles and role assignments
• Perform audits on system roles and access logs to ensure accuracy
• Understand and follow Data Governance and ensure attention to data quality
• Understand and follow defined integration/development standards and best practices
• Understand and ensure security and data privacy standards
• Lead proof of security controls during internal and external audits

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

• Experience with designing and implementing ETL processes and the use of ETL tools such as Informatica
• Knowledge of Workday implementation tools (Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Studio, Workday Report Writer, and iLoad)
• Experience with Web Services and APIs (WSDL, SOAP, REST and WS standards)
• Strong technical experience with XML and Java
• Ability to work and coordinate with third parties on data related inquiries
• Strong experience with interface, networking, and data warehousing technologies, as well as design, relational database technologies, and performance tuning
• Understand basic database architecture, tables, functional interactions, and recognize and understand impacts to downstream systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and leadership
• Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle both planned and unplanned responsibilities
• Ability to prioritize workload and execute tasks independently, providing timely follow-up and resolution
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant technical field (Information Technology, Computer Science, Software, Engineering or related technical discipline) or equivalent combination of training and work experience
• 5+ years of experience in interface architecture
