Job Title: IT Manager (Information Technology Manager)

Job Summary:

The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing the company's information technology operations, ensuring that systems, networks, and applications run smoothly, securely, and efficiently. This role manages IT staff, implements technology solutions, and aligns IT strategy with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily IT operations, including hardware, software, and network systems.

Oversee IT security, data protection, and compliance with regulations.

Lead IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and digital transformation initiatives.

Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.

Provide technical support and guidance to employees and departments.

Manage IT budgets, vendors, and contracts.

Monitor system performance and resolve issues promptly.

Ensure business continuity through disaster recovery and backup planning.

Research and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency and competitiveness.

Lead, mentor, and develop IT staff.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

5–10 years of IT experience, including 2–3 years in a managerial role.

Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.

Experience with ERP/CRM systems and enterprise software.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Salary Range (U.S.):

Annual: $90,000 – $140,000
