Why This Role Matters

We're scaling fast — and we need a Product Manager who can deliver game-changing features for clients while building the internal systems that will fuel our next stage of growth. You'll blend product vision, AI-driven execution, and operational design to make sure BrandLock delivers impact at scale.

What You'll Do

  • Own the Roadmap: Turn our growth strategy into a clear, high-impact product roadmap.
  • Ship Client Value: Lead features like ROI analytics, real-time malware/adware dashboards, A/B test visibility tools, and enterprise integrations.
  • Go AI-First: Use GenAI + workflow automation (n8n, Zapier, Make) to streamline onboarding, client health tracking, churn prevention, and reporting.
  • Prove ROI Automatically: Build systems that surface performance wins to clients without manual effort.
  • Collaborate to Win: Partner with Engineering, Sales, CS, and Marketing to ensure every release drives adoption and revenue impact.
  • Stay Ahead: Track market trends in eCommerce, fraud prevention, and shopper behavior — then use them to keep BrandLock ahead of the curve.

What You Bring

  • 3–6 years in product management or product strategy in SaaS.
  • Proven success delivering data-driven product features and internal tools for scale.
  • Hands-on with AI tools, LLMs, and automation workflows.
  • Comfortable with SQL and data analysis to guide decisions.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.

Nice to Have

  • Martech, AdTech, or eCommerce SaaS experience.
  • Worked with enterprise accounts.
  • Knowledge of conversion optimization, fraud prevention, or shopper analytics.
