We're hiring an Associate/Sr. Associate for our Premium Membership Program (PMP) team to focus on client renewals and upgrades to our long-term premium services

What You'll Be Doing:

This role is critical in managing our existing annual clients and guiding them towards our premium offerings, such as the Premium Membership Program (PMP) subscription.

  • Client Management & Sales: Provide essential guidance to existing annual clients of '5 in 5 Strategy,' 'Mispriced opportunities,' and 'Combo' services to encourage upgrades to premium services.
  • Renewals & Upgrades: Ensure timely renewals of existing subscriptions and drive clarity on the benefits of upgrading to LONG TERM subscriptions.
  • Premium Client Handling: Manage and maintain strong connections with a set of annual clients to drive future upgrades to other high-value services. You should be comfortable dealing with Premium/HNI clients.
  • Operational Excellence: Identify and resolve operational issues, articulating potential solutions, and work cohesively with other teams across India.
  • Performance Monitoring: Vigorously monitor and report KPIs and take proactive action for continuous improvement.
  • Compliance: Ensure all SEBI disclosure compliance norms are met.

What We're Looking For:

  • Education: MBA + Graduate/Postgraduate in Financial or other allied sectors is desirable, though other degrees may be considered.
  • Experience: We welcome candidates who are fresh out of college and open to building a fast-paced career. Candidates with prior experience in Sales, Business Development (BD), or Customer Support from industries like Finance, Hospitality, Aviation, or Media are also encouraged to apply.
  • The Deal Breakers: Superb communication and convincing skills are a must-have for this role.
  • Key Competencies: High energy, persistency, commitment, and strong negotiation and diplomacy skills. A track record of sales/customer service excellence, especially in the financial products space, is a plus.
