Role Description

This is an internship role for a STEM Educator, based on-site in Quilon. The intern will be responsible for preparing and delivering lesson plans, conducting teaching sessions, and facilitating training workshops for students or community members. Additionally, the role involves fostering an engaging and effective educational environment while ensuring strong communication and collaboration with team members.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Lesson Planning and creating effective educational material
  • Strong background in Education, including subject matter expertise
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively convey concepts and engage with learners
  • Experience in Teaching and providing practical, hands-on guidance
  • Ability to deliver Training programs with clarity and confidence
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt teaching methods to different learners
  • Passion for technology and commitment to social impact
  • Previous experience in STEM education is advantageous
