Robotics Education SpecialistAbout the RoleWe are seeking highly motivated and organized part-time educators to spearhead our Robotics program in nearby schools.Key Responsibilities:Establish relationships with schools to introduce OLL's innovative Robotics and STEM learning initiatives.Coordinate and facilitate demonstrations, workshops, and interactive sessions for students, teachers, and parents.Ensure seamless setup and execution of Robotics labs and classes within partner schools.Foster strong communication and ongoing partnerships between OLL and school management.Analyze engagement metrics and provide regular feedback to OLL on school progress, challenges, and success stories.Participate in training sessions and maintain high standards in representing the OLL brand.Promote continuous improvement by tracking schedules, participation, and impact data.Requirements:Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Education, STEM, or related fields.Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.A genuine passion for STEM/Robotics education; willingness to learn and adapt.Strong organizational skills with ability to handle multiple schools or events part-time.Prior teaching or educational experience is advantageous but not mandatory.Self-motivated, independent, and proactive in local outreach.Language proficiency relevant to the city/schools assigned.
