Job Description

· Planning and Conducting Brand building activities

· Maintaining and improving relationship with the existing customer and manage client relationships.

· Managing Social Media Platforms and E commerce Platform.

· CRM Management and Customer grievance Management

· Visual Merchandising/ Planning and executing

· Develop new leads and increase sales like institutional/ Bulk sales.

· New Store Launch Activities

· Create communication/marketing plan for FMCG Brands including Marketing, Promotions, PR, Online, Outdoor Marketing, Events & Advertising etc.

· Ensure regular monitoring and update of market and competition activities in the region through regular interaction with the commercial network and secondary research.

· Ensure regular monitoring and update to management on the KPIs pertaining to sales process management.

· Conduct marketing activities at off site locations like Health Check-up camps etc. on regular basis.
