Sales Data Researcher

Job Description:
? The Sales Data Researcher will be responsible for sales research, administration of
the sales database and maintaining the quality of the sales databases.
? Identifying or deducing the lead contact details like email ids and phone numbers.
? Identifying and qualifying new sources of sales data
? Apart from this, they need to be aware of the prevalent market trends and ensure
that the business requirements are met efficiently.
? Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook)
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively
communicate with internal and external customers
? Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a
positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
? Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
? Tracks and analyse usage trends and propose recommendations based on findings.
? Familiarity with data modeling software and Excel software.
? The ability to manipulate large, complex data sets into manageable, understandable
reports.
