Role & responsibilities

Ensure adherence to internal control policies and procedures; actively collaborate with property-level accounting teams and supervise day-to-day operations of the finance team ; Conduct in-depth research and analysis of financial statements to support decision-making and financial planning ; Assist in meeting funding requirements of the group companies by coordinating with banks and financial institutions ; Data collection from different sources ; Report Generation ; Data Analysis ; Reporting to Management ; CMA Data preparation.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in core accounting functions, including month-end closing processes, financial statement analysis, work paper documentation and financial analysis ; Strong grasp of accounting principles, with hands-on knowledge of accrual accounting and revenue recognition standards ; Proficient in Microsoft Excel with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.Bachelors degree in accounting or finance; Semi Qualified CA (CA Dropout) / CA - Inter / CMA with relevant experience in the real estate or construction industry is highly preferred.
