Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Professor in Law at the Universal Group of Institutions, located in Bengaluru South. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for teaching law courses, including but not limited to Constitutional and Criminal Law, preparing lesson plans, conducting lectures, facilitating student discussions, evaluating academic performance, and contributing to curriculum development. Additionally, the individual will engage in research activities, mentor students, and participate in institutional programs and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Law, with specialization in areas such as Constitutional Law and Criminal Law
  • Proficient teaching skills with the ability to develop and deliver engaging and effective lessons
  • Demonstrated research skills and experience conducting legal research and analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively mentor and guide students
  • Master's Degree in Law (LLM); candidates with a Ph.D. or NET qualification will be prioritized
  • Passion for academic excellence and fostering a culture of learning and curiosity
