**Role and responsibilities**
- Complete extensive case-related research into relevant laws and regulations, negotiate on behalf of clients, draft and interpret contracts and legal documents, and oversee compliance. Plan and present arguments and counter-arguments in a court of law, pursuant to discussions with senior members of the firm.
- Review the drafts of pleadings, cross questions/ draft agreements prepared by the junior member/s of the firm and mentor new joiners.
- Help review agreements and change drafts only after consulting with senior associates/members of the firm.
- Responsible for drafting and reviewing the case updates/reporting letters to clients on the same day of the case and keeping them abreast of the progress.
- Typically work under the supervision of more experienced colleagues, often providing support and assistance, such as performing and reviewing legal research as per the case requirement. 
- Responsible for research into legal cases
- Help and complete administrative paperwork
- Help review agreements and change drafts only after consultation with senior advocates.
- Responsible for drafting the updates/reporting letters to clients on the same day as the meeting.
- Reporting progress to the partners/senior members of the firm.
- Follow strict privacy and confidentiality guidelines and respect local, state, and central laws.
- Pay close attention to detail when reading legal documents.
- Advisory involving primarily pre transaction and pre dispute, labour, insolvency, asset transfer, drafting of employment contracts, reviewing and drafting of appointment letters, staffing, incorporation agreements etc.
- Create and maintain a good rapport with the firm’s clients, communicating often and explaining complex legal proceedings and concepts.

**Person specifications**
- Have excellent verbal and written skills to communicate with clients, court staff, judges, and other advocates.
- Work well in a team environment.
- Be organized and diligent.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
