We are hiring a Human Resourse management in Gandhinagar.

Job Title: Human Resource Manager

Location: Gandhinagar

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Eligibility: Male candidates, up to 35 years of age
Qualification: Any Graduation / MBA in HR

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Hiring:

  • Identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates.

  • Facilitate the hiring process and manage employee onboarding.

Employee Relations:

  • Address employee concerns and resolve workplace disputes.

  • Foster a positive and inclusive work culture.

  • Act as a bridge between employees and management to ensure smooth communication.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Administer salary structures and benefits programs.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Training and Development:

  • Assess training needs and develop training modules.

  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness.

Performance Management:

  • Implement performance appraisal systems.

  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to employees.

HR Administration:

  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR policies are followed.

  • Handle payroll processing and other HR-related administrative tasks.

Legal Compliance:

  • Stay updated with employment laws and regulations.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a keen eye for detail.
