Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager based in New Delhi, Gujarat and Kolkata Region. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and creating strategic sales plans. The role also includes providing product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. Collaboration with internal teams to align sales strategies with organizational goals is a key part of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, including lead generation, business development, and sales strategy execution
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with the healthcare or medical technology sector is highly advantageous
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive client relationships
  • Proficiency in reporting, performance tracking, and achieving sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Willingness to travel as required and work in a fast-paced environment
