Job Summary

We are hiring a dedicated and responsible Junior Engineer (Civil) to manage daily site activities, coordinate with contractors, ensure quality control, and support smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in monitoring daily construction activities at site.

· Ensure quality control and compliance with design specifications.

· Prepare progress reports and site documentation.

· Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project team.

· Maintain safety standards and ensure site compliance.

· Support senior engineers in technical tasks and problem-solving.

Required Qualifications

· Diploma / BE in Civil Engineering

· Minimum 1–5 years' experience in building/construction projects

· Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing work, and site execution

· Ability to read and understand drawings (AutoCAD knowledge preferred)

· Good communication and coordination skills

· Strong leadership to handle labour and vendors

· Should be punctual, responsible, and target-oriented

· Ability to work at site full time

· Immediate joiners preferred

· Own vehicle is an added advantage

· Ability to read structural and architectural drawings.

· Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach.
