Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via voice support
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Follow defined processes and workflows
  • Maintain accuracy and productivity standards

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: HSC (12th pass) or above
  • Communication: Excellent verbal English skills
  • Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome

Work Environment:

  • Work from Office only (Kolkata)
  • Rotational Shifts / Night Shifts based on business needs
  • Two rotational weekly offs
  • Outstation candidates must relocate (Relocation support provided)

Compensation & Benefits:

  • CTC: 3.0 LPA
  • Relocation Bonus for non-local candidates
