About the Role

We are seeking an experienced
Senior Oracle Developer
with strong hands-on expertise in
Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)
,
Oracle BI Publisher
,
SQL Loader
, and
PL/SQL
. The ideal professional will play a key role in developing, enhancing, and maintaining Oracle-based solutions that support critical business processes. Experience in the
Payments
or
Cards & Payments
domain will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Oracle Development

  • Design, develop, and maintain Oracle
    EBS Reports and Forms
    to support core business operations.
  • Create, customize, and optimize reports using
    Oracle BI Publisher
    (1–2 years experience preferred).
  • Implement and manage
    SQL Loader
    processes for data import, transformation, and validation.
  • Develop high-quality
    PL/SQL
    procedures, functions, triggers, and packages.

Data & Performance

  • Write, review, and optimize SQL scripts for performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security through best practices in database design and development.

Technical Analysis & Collaboration

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to Oracle applications with minimal downtime.
  • Participate in code reviews to uphold coding standards and promote best practices.

Leadership & Documentation

  • Provide mentorship and technical direction to junior developers and project members.
  • Maintain detailed technical documentation including design specifications, process flows, and release notes.
  • Stay updated with emerging Oracle technologies and recommend process or system improvements.

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of proven experience in:
  • Oracle
    EBS Reports & Forms
  • Oracle BI Publisher
  • PL/SQL
    , SQL scripting
  • SQL Loader
  • Strong understanding of
    Payments
    or
    Cards & Payments
    domain (highly desirable).
  • Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, scalable, and secure Oracle solutions.

Preferred Certification

  • Oracle Certified Professional (OCP)
    – Oracle Database or equivalent.
