Key Skills:
Project Management:
- End-to-end ownership of marketing projects from planning to execution.
- Skilled in creating timelines, assigning tasks, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Proficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
Client Communication & Relationship Management:
- Direct liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clarity of objectives and expectations.
- Ability to present strategies, progress reports, and performance insights in a clear, client-friendly manner.
- Skilled in managing feedback, resolving concerns, and maintaining long-term client trust.
Campaign Coordination:
- Oversee the execution of PPC, SMM, SEO, email/SMS, and other campaigns handled by specialists.
- Ensure marketing activities align with client goals and brand identity.
- Coordinate deliverables across design, development, and content teams.
Strategy & Planning:
- Translate client business objectives into actionable marketing roadmaps.
- Guide channel specialists to execute strategies effectively.
- Monitor performance to identify optimization opportunities.
Data Reporting & Insights:
- Review performance reports from various marketing channels.
- Translate data into actionable insights for both internal teams and clients.
- Ensure stakeholders have a clear understanding of campaign ROI and progress.
Team Leadership:
- Lead cross-functional teams, providing direction and support to ensure project success.
- Mentor junior members on process adherence, client communication, and quality delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, managing all communications and updates.
- Develop and oversee project plans, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal specialists (PPC, SEO, content, design) to align efforts.
- Conduct regular client calls and presentations to share performance updates and strategy refinements.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and brand guidelines.
- Track project milestones and proactively address risks or delays.
- Stay updated on marketing trends to recommend new opportunities to clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 8–12 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 4+ years in a project/client management role.
- Strong knowledge of marketing channels (PPC, SEO, Email/SMS, Social Media) to guide execution teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, ) and CRM platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
