  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure successful project execution.
  • Lead and manage construction teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and site workers, providing direction and support to achieve project goals.
  • Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure all construction work meets the company's standards and specifications.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity and safety.
  • Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and facilities management to integrate their requirements into construction plans.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services within budget constraints.
  • Ensure all construction activities comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Monitor project progress, conduct regular site inspections, and provide updates to senior management.
  • Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.
  • Incorporate sustainable construction practices and materials to promote environmental responsibility.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) – [Any Specialization, e.g., Civil Engineering, Construction Management]
  • Diploma in Construction Management
  • Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in Interior Construction project management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹90, ₹100,000.00 per month
