Telecaller / Sales Executive @ Thane Mumbai

Key Responsibilities
As a Telecaller Sales Executive , you will be responsible for:
- Making
outbound sales calls
to promote: - Algo Trading products
- Demat account opening services
- Life, Medical, and General Insurance products
- Contacting potential clients, explaining benefits, and handling their queries.
- Following up with leads to
convert prospects into customers
. - Achieving
daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
. - Maintaining accurate client details and interaction history in the
CRM system
. - Building long-term relationships with clients to encourage
repeat business and referrals
. - Working closely with the sales team to maximize conversions and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who have:
- Minimum
1 year of successful telesales / sales experience
, preferably in
financial services or insurance
(banking, trading, insurance, NBFCs, etc.). - Strong sales ability in promoting
insurance products
(Life, Medical, General) or financial products. - Proficiency in
English (spoken & written)
with clear communication skills. - Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Target-driven attitude and
self-motivation to achieve sales goals
. - Ability to
work independently as well as in a team
