Assist the sales team in promoting mining pump solutions (slurry pumps, dewatering pumps, centrifugal/process pumps).

Support business development activities by identifying potential customers, projects, and new opportunities in the mining and mineral processing sector.

Participate in customer meetings, technical discussions, and presentations.

Application Engineering & Proposal Management:

Support pump selection and application engineering based on customer process data and specifications.

Prepare and assist in technical presentations, proposal documents, and product presentations for customers and internal reviews.

Prepare techno-commercial quotations, cost sheets, and compliance statements.

Ensure timely preparation, submission, and follow-up of quotations and proposals.

Customer Management & Coordination:

Maintain regular communication with customers for technical clarifications, proposal status, and order follow-up.

Support customer relationship management, ensuring professional and timely responses.

Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, operations, supply chain, finance) for proposal and order execution support.

Market Intelligence & Reporting:

Collect and analyze market intelligence related to competitors, pricing trends, customer requirements, and upcoming mining projects.

Track customer feedback and competitor activity to support sales strategy.

Payment & Order Follow-up:

Support the sales team in payment follow-up, documentation, and coordination with the finance department.

Assist in monitoring order status, deliveries, and invoicing milestones.

CRM / ERP Management:

Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, quotations, and customer interactions in CRM / ERP software.

Update sales pipeline, forecasts, and activity reports on a regular basis.
