Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Design Lead / Architect to independently lead workspace design projects. The ideal candidate will conceptualize and design functional, aesthetic office interiors while ensuring seamless project execution in collaboration with the project and purchase teams. He/She will serve as the face of the organization for client interactions and will be responsible for handling multiple projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:


• Conceptualization & Design Leadership: Develop creative and functional office interiors aligned with client requirements and brand identity.


• Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, presenting design concepts and ensuring alignment with their vision.


• Material Selection & Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of materials to select designs that are implementable, durable, and cost-effective.


• Project Coordination: Work closely with the project and purchase teams to ensure smooth construction and timely project delivery.


• Compliance & Standards: Ensure that designs adhere to industry standards, regulations, and company quality benchmarks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:


• Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch) or Interior Design from a recognized institution.


• Experience: Minimum 4+ years of experience exclusively in designing workspaces.


• Design Expertise: Strong conceptualization skills with proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and other relevant tools.


• Communication & Presentation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present ideas to clients and internal teams.


• Material Knowledge: Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and furnishings suitable for corporate environments.


• Project Management: Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and coordination between various stakeholders.
