As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Territory Service Manager to join our family.

What Your Role Entails

You will manage mechanical projects end-to-end, from planning and coordination to on-site execution and commissioning. You will oversee installations, ensure compliance with designs and standards, provide technical support, and coordinate with vendors and contractors. The role also includes monitoring progress, mitigating risks, conducting quality checks, and supporting testing to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

What You'll Do

  • Project Planning & Coordination :
    You will participate in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting while coordinating with design, procurement, and execution teams to ensure timely delivery of mechanical components and systems. You will also review project specifications, technical drawings, and scope documents to align on project requirements.
  • Execution & Supervision :
    You will oversee on-site installation, erection, and commissioning activities, ensuring execution aligns with designs, drawings, and technical standards. You will coordinate with contractors and vendors to manage on-site work efficiently.
  • Technical Support :
    You will resolve technical issues related to systems and equipment and review and approve technical submittals and drawings from vendors to ensure compliance and quality.
  • Monitoring & Reporting :
    You will monitor project progress, identify risks and delays, and implement mitigation strategies. You will also participate in project review meetings and prepare progress updates to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Quality & Safety Assurance :
    You will conduct inspections and quality checks for mechanical works, support testing and commissioning of mechanical systems, and ensure adherence to safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Your success is grounded in

  • Educational Background:
    You should hold a BE or Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electronics Engineering.
  • Experience:
    A proven track record of 5-10 years in Project management and a passion for machinery is essential.
  • Technical Acumen:
    Your ability to understand technical aspects quickly will set you apart.
  • Problem Solver:
    Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills are a must, as you'll be addressing diverse challenges.
  • Industry Insight:
    Experience with Capital Equipment and NDT Custom products will be a valuable bonus.
  • Effective Communicator:
    We need a strong negotiator and communicator who can build rapport and influence decisions.

Where you'll be

This role is based in Pune, India, and will involve handling the region of West.
