About the role:

We are seeking a Digital/Media Planning Executive to join our Gurgaon team. The role will be responsible for supporting the development of media plans, managing campaign execution, and ensuring smooth delivery of client objectives. This position involves collaboration with internal teams and direct interaction with clients, providing strategic insights and campaign performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:


• Collaborate with internal teams to support effective media planning and execution.


• Manage day-to-day media planning activities to ensure campaigns are optimized and performing effectively.


• Work closely with client-side Brand Managers to resolve queries and provide campaign insights regularly.


• Prepare presentations and reports with campaign performance data, insights, and corrective measures.


• Create and maintain media plans, flowcharts, buying guidelines, budget/spend summaries, and competitor analysis on a weekly/monthly basis.


• Track campaign progress and address execution-related issues in consultation with senior management.


• Evaluate vendor proposals, assess impact properties, and explore channel partnerships.


• Coordinate with media channels during campaign implementation.


• Stay updated with emerging trends and developments in both offline and digital media planning.

Qualifications & Skills:


• Bachelor's Degree (Master's/PG Diploma in Business Management preferred).


• 1 to 1.5 years of relevant media planning experience.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


• Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines.


• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
