Position: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

Location: BMW Service Centre – [Ormanjhi]

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring premium brand experience.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service follow-ups with professionalism.
  • Maintain and update customer database, service history, and feedback records.
  • Coordinate with service advisors and workshop teams for smooth service delivery.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction (CSI) and implement improvement measures.

Requirements:

  • Graduate with 2+ years of CRM/customer service experience (luxury automotive preferred).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of customer care processes and service standards.
  • Proficiency in MS Office & CRM software.
  • Presentable and brand-oriented personality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
