Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Software Trainer to deliver high-quality training on various programming languages. As a Software Trainer, you will provide hands-on instruction, support, and guidance to individuals or teams learning new software tools and technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in programming languages and a passion for teaching others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training sessions on programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, etc.
  • Develop and update training materials and exercises.
  • Customize training content to meet the needs of learners (beginner to advanced).
  • Conduct live demonstrations and practical coding sessions.
  • Assess learners' progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues during training sessions.
  • Stay current on industry trends and programming best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C++).
  • Proven experience as a Software Trainer, Instructor, or Developer.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, relatable manner.
  • Experience with training platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) is a plus.
  • Previous teaching or mentoring experience is preferred.
