Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Plant Incharge located in Nashik. The Plant Incharge will be responsible for overseeing daily plant operations, managing production schedules, ensuring equipment maintenance, and supervising staff to ensure safety and productivity. The role requires effective communication and coordination with various departments to achieve plant efficiency and quality objectives.

Qualifications

  • M.Tech/B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics
  • Min 10 years of Industrial experience is required.
  • Experience in plant operations, production, and maintenance management
  • Strong leadership, supervisory, and team management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
  • Previous experience in the defense or aerospace industry is a plus
