Position Name: QC Analyst

Experience Required: 3 - 7 years

Educational Qualification: B.Sc. Chemistry / M.Sc. Chemistry

Industry Preference: Pharmaceuticals Formulation

Job Profile & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Finished Product and Raw Material Analysis in accordance with Pharmacopeia guidelines.
  • Perform calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments.
  • Ensure compliance with GLP, GMP, Audit Trail, and 21 CFR requirements in the QC Laboratory.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports of analytical testing.
  • Support in handling regulatory inspections and audits.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely release of materials and products.

Key Skills & Expertise:

  • Proficiency in handling and troubleshooting sophisticated instruments such as:

  • HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography)

  • GC (Gas Chromatography)
  • UV-Vis Spectrophotometer
  • IR Spectroscopy

  • Potentiometer

  • Strong understanding of analytical methods, pharmacopeial standards, and documentation practices.

  • Knowledge of quality systems, compliance, and data integrity.

Candidate Profile:

  • 3 - 8 years of hands-on experience in a Pharmaceutical Formulation Company.
  • Detail-oriented, disciplined, and well-versed with laboratory best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a regulated environment.
