Role Purpose

Lead end-to-end delivery of our in-house Lending Suitecomprising Loan Origination System (LOS), Loan Management System (LMS), and Loan Collection System (LCS)for banks and financial institutions across the Middle East and global markets. The role involves managing multi-disciplinary teams from the Mumbai HQ, coordinating with regional teams, and ensuring seamless integration with third-party systems (excluding third-party core banking systems).

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full project lifecycle: mobilization, scope definition, planning, RAID logs, governance, execution, go-live, and hypercare.

Direct and coordinate onshore/offshore teams (BAs, architects, developers, QA, DevOps) across multiple time zones.

Lead integrations with third-party systems such as payment gateways, EKYC providers, credit bureaus, document management solutions, and government/regulatory APIsexcluding any integration with third-party CBS.

Drive customer onboarding, customization, configuration, and localization in line with regional regulations and business needs.

Oversee UAT, cutover, and production deployment ensuring minimal disruption to BAU.

Manage client relationships at all levelsCIO, business heads, project sponsors, and PMOs.

Implement Agile or hybrid delivery models with clear sprint metrics and quality gates.

Ensure compliance with local regulations in the GCC (CBUAE, SAMA, CBB, CBK, etc.).

Control project budget, resources, contracts, and change requests.

Proactively identify risks, manage issues, and drive timely resolutions.

Prepare and present comprehensive project reports, dashboards, and executive updates.

Required Qualifications & Experience

12-18+ years in enterprise software delivery; 8+ years in Lending domain projects (retail/SME/corporate).

Minimum 5 years as a Senior Project Manager delivering in-house or proprietary product suites across multiple countries.

Proven delivery experience in GCC/Middle East markets; willingness to travel 2540% as required.

Deep knowledge of lending workflows, decisioning engines, credit scoring, disbursement, collections, and compliance reporting.

Proficient with project tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project; CI/CD and cloud deployment knowledge.

Nice to Have Certifications

PMP, Prince2, or Agile (CSM/SAFe).

Arabic familiarity an advantage; MBA/Engineering preferred.
