Hiring: Ticketing Executive & Holiday Package Specialist (Local Candidates Only)

Type: Full-Time | In-Office

Experience: Minimum 1 year in ticketing & holiday planning

About the Role:

We are looking for a candidate (local preferred) with relevant experience in flight ticketing and creating holiday packages. If you're organized, customer-focused, and have hands-on knowledge of travel bookings, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle domestic and international flight bookings using GDS (Amadeus/Galileo preferred)
  • Design customized holiday itineraries based on client requirements
  • Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and vendors for bookings
  • Manage cancellations, rescheduling, and refund requests
  • Provide guidance on visa and travel insurance
  • Maintain booking records and follow up with clients

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in ticketing and tour packages
  • Proficiency in any GDS (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre)
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Local female candidate preferred
  • Ability to handle clients and multitask efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹439, ₹1,173,976.00 per year
