Junior Sales Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and inbound lead follow-up.
- Present and promote company products or services to new and existing customers.
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions that meet their business goals.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in CRM software.
- Participate in sales meetings, product training, and industry events.
- Provide excellent post-sale support and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related role.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience in [specific industry, e.g., software sales, B2B, retail].
- Familiarity with sales methodologies like SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale, or similar.
