**About Us**:
We are a community radio station Sanjha Radio90.8fm based in **Yamuna Nagar, Haryana**, dedicated to connecting local people, promoting social awareness, and supporting local businesses through radio and community outreach.

We are looking for an enthusiastic **female sales executive** to join our team. The role involves connecting with local businesses, promoting radio advertising opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Visit local shops, institutes, and businesses to pitch radio advertising.
- Generate leads and close sales for radio ads and sponsorships.
- Maintain regular contact with existing clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets with attractive incentives.
- Represent the radio station in community events and local promotions.
- **Requirements**:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

**Salary & Benefits**:

- **Fixed salary + Incentives** (based on performance).
- Travel allowance (if applicable).
- Training and support from our radio marketing team.
- Friendly and community-oriented work environment.
- Confident, friendly, and persuasive personality.
- Basic knowledge of local market in Yamuna Nagar / Jagadhri.
- 12th pass or graduate (any stream).
- Previous sales or marketing experience (preferred but not required).
- Own two-wheeler (added advantage).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
