Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive, based in Yamuna Nagar, Haryana. The Sales Executive will engage directly with customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored recommendations from BlueStone's fine jewelry collection. Responsibilities include driving sales, maintaining relationships with clients, assisting with product customization inquiries, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, the Sales Executive will collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and represent the brand's values consistently. Qualifications - Proven skills in sales, customer relationship management, and target-driven roles - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities - Knowledge of jewelry trends, gemstones, and customization processes (preferred) - Experience in retail, luxury, or a related customer-facing domain - Proficiency in time management and the ability to work in a dynamic environment - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory) - An enthusiastic, customer-centric approach with attention to detail
