Job Description

We are seeking a talented WordPress Developer with a minimum of 1 year of professional experience. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in WordPress, Elementor Pro, PHP, HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript. This role requires the ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites using Elementor Pro.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize website performance.
  • Ensure websites are mobile-friendly, SEO-optimized, and user-friendly.
  • Collaborate with the team on creative web projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in WordPress development.
  • Strong knowledge of WordPress, Elementor Pro, PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (basic).
  • Must be an immediate joiner.
  • Must own a laptop and have a stable internet connection.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
  • Work from home position.
  • Probation period: First 3 months.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and performance).

Interview Process

Our hiring process includes 3 rounds:

  • Telephonic Round – Initial screening.
  • Practical Test – Create a Landing Page using WordPress & Elementor Pro.
  • Final Round – Video Interview via Google Meet.
